Ozinga's Facility at 2255 South Lumber Street, Chicago, Illinois was sent a CAA Section 114 Information Request on October 8, 2014. The Facility received the request on October 20, 2014. The Facility had 30 days to respond to the request, but did not. Since December, EPA staff have had numerous conversations with company representatives and received a response that the company would provide the required information. However, no response to the Request has been received to date. Therefore, EPA is ordering Ozinga to respond to the CAA Section 114 Information Request.
