EPA Region 6 issues an Administrative Order (AO) to Tyson Foods,Inc. for violations of the Clean Water Act (CWA) (33 U.S.C. ? 1251 et seq.). These violations were identified based on a review of discharge monitoring reports from Tyson Foods, Inc. facility located in Waldron, AR. The violations found are for failure to meet effluent limits.
