On March 31, 2015, EPA Region 6 issued an Adminstrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to the Groundwater Rule to Southeast Hodge Water System (Respondent) located in Hodge, Louisiana. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Groundwater Rule. The AO requires Respondent to: 1)enact a cross connection control poilicy or ordinance;and 2)Provide EPA with a written certification that all deficiencies have been corrected. Respondent must respond to EPA Region 6 within thirty days of receipt of the AO.
