This Administrative Settlement Agreement and Order on Consent is entered into voluntarily by the US EPA and Respondent Texaco Inc. This Settlement Agreement provides for the performance of certain removal actions by Respondent and the reimbursement by Respondent of certain response costs incurred by the United States at or in
connection with the property located at 802 Ash Street in Lawrence County, Lawrenceville, Illinois, known as the Pioneer Asphalt Site.
