The defendants that have entered into this Consent Decree (?Settling Defendants?) are responsible parties pursuant to
Section 107(a) of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. ? 9607(a), and are jointly and severally liable for response costs incurred and to be incurred at the (BKK Landfill) Site.
