The site is a 1.1 acre construction site and the Respondent failed to obtain construction stormwater permit coverage as required. Turbid discharges from the site were seen entering Tributary No. 25 of the Ramapo River. The Respondent was issued an Order in December 2013. In the time since, the Respondent decided not to construct a building. This Order requires them to conduct final stabilization of the site, but the facility will not be required to get CGP coverage.
