This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) between U.S. EPA and R.L. Anodizing and Plating, Inc, (Respondent) for alleged violations under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) regulations for generators of hazardous waste. Respondent certifies that all alleged violations that were capable of correction have been corrected and paid a civil penalty of $17,500 to resolve this matter.
