On May 7, 2015, Region 10 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order to DLF Pickseed USA, Inc. of Halsey, Oregon for violations of FIFRA. EPA determined that its treated seed product, Persister, did not meet exemptions under FIFRA and therefore is an unregistered pesticide. The product was imported in violation of FIFRA.
