On June 17, 2015, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order resolving violations of Section 311(b) of the Clean Water Act by NANA Oilfield Services, Inc. near Deadhorse, Alaska. On June 7, 2014, a NANA Oilfield Services truck rolled over on Dalton Highway milepost 299.4 spilling approximately 2,561 gallons (61 barrels) of fuel to the wet tundra along the road. The spill continued approximately 200 yards to an unnamed stream. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $24,500.
