On April 22, 2015, EPA Region 6 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act to FC Pro, LLC (FC Pro) located in Waller, Texas. The CAFO was issued for failure to provide proper notification of hazardous waste activities, failure to have a permit to store hazardous waste, failure to submit required biennial reports and failure to comply with hazardous waste accumulation and manifesting requirements. The CAFO requires FC Pro to pay a civil penalty of $410,868 and certify and document their return to compliance.
