On June 8, 2015, EPA Region 10 settled with Huntons' Sure Crop Farm Service, Inc. d/b/a SureCrop Farm Service (Junction City, Oregon) for violations of FIFRA. Respondent violated Section 12(a)(1)(E), 7 U.S.C. 136j(a)(1)(E), by selling and distributing misbranded pesticides in that the product was labeled with the incomplete EPA establishment number. Respondent violated Section 12(a)(2)(S), 7 U.S.C. 136j(a)(2)(S), by failing to maintain records of the inspections and maintenance of containment structures. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $26,960.
