On June 17, 2015, EPA Region 10 settled with Marco Industries, Inc. D/B/A American Agriculture (Portland, Oregon) for violations of FIFRA. American Agriculture failed to file the Pesticide Report for Pesticide-Producing and Device-Producing Establishment (EPA Form 3540-16) by the reporting deadline twice within five years. Reports are due by March 1 of each year. American Agriculture submitted the report late in 2012 and 2014. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $1,360.
