This Settlement Agreement is made and entered into by EPA and the Lamar M. Durst Sr. Estate. The agreement concerns the Shaw Road Drum site, located in Clyde, OH. A site assessment revelead levels of lead which posed a threat to public welfare, health, and the environment. EPA performed response actions to mitigate these threats. In performing these response actions, EPA has incurred response costs in connection with the site. EPA alleges that the settling party is responsible for recovering these costs.
