On August 14, 2015, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order against Seneca Foods Corporation resolving violations of the Clean Water Act pretreatment regulations. Respondent, which operates a food processing facility in Payette, Idaho, exceeded the pH limit on numerous occasions. The company agreed to pay a $64,000 penalty.
