On April 24, 2015, the EPA issued to Atmos Energy Corporation (Respondent) an Administrative Complaint (Complaint) proposing a penalty for Clean Water Act (CWA) violations. The Respondent has 30 days to file an answer in response to the Complaint.
The Respondent agreed to pay the penalty which was proposed in the complaint.
