BWA - Voluntary Disclosure Review - Imports related. Required Notice of Arrival (NOA) forms were not filed for an import for several years. The NOAs were retroactively submitted as a condition of the disclosure settlement to resolve the compliance problem. Internal controls were instituted to ensure this does not reoccur. A Notice of Determination (NOA) was completed.
