An Administrative Order (Order) is being issued to High Plains Marina, LLC, as owner and/or operator of the Lakeside Lodge Public Water System, located in Sublette County, Wyoming, directing it to comply with the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations. The violations alleged in the Order are non-compliance with the Long Term 2 Enhanced Surface Water Treatment Rule (Cryptosporidium treatment) failure to monitor for nitrate, and failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria.
