A Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) was observed at Brockton?s Wastewater Treatment Facility. The SSO resulted from an inoperable lift station because the power was shut-off. In addition, since June 2011, the Brockton facility has failed to submit monthly Discharge Monitoring Reports in accordance with its NPDES permit.
