On August 10, 2015, Region 10 issued an administrative order to require the Olympic Park Trailer Court Pubic Water System (PWS #105300086) to either correct significant deficiencies identified at the system during a Sanitary Survey on March 27, 2012, or to submit a corrective action plan on how they would be corrected with timelines, and to address delinquent nitrate monitoring. The significant deficiencies concerned certain hardware upgrades, operator certification, and emergency planning. The administrative order requires the system to correct the significant deficiencies (or submit a corrective action plan) and monitor for nitrates within 60 days.
