On June 19, 2015, EPA Region 6 finalized it February 5, 2015, Amended Administrative Order under its authority pursuant to Section 1423 of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Chaparral Energy, LLC located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Amended PAO requires Respondent shall monitor Well Nos. 23-08, 24-05, 23-23 and WM-12 in accordance with Part I.G.1 of the permit  b) If indication of contaminates are present at any time during operation due to injection operations Respondent is required to notify EPA on the next business day.   c) Respondent shall conduct monthly groundwater monitoring and sampling until such time the EPA determines injection operations are no longer a threat to USDWs.  This Final Amended Order supersedes the Original Order.
