An Administrative Order (Order) is being issued to the Town of Fort Laramie, as owner and/or operator of the Town of Fort Laramie Public Water System, located in Crook County, directing it to comply with the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations. The violations alleged in the Order are failure to monitor for nitrate and failure to notify the EPA of the violation.
