This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between U.S. EPA and Vulcan Materials Company (Respondent) of Phoenix, Arizona for alleged failure to submit timely, complete and correct Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Forms for calendar year 2012 in violation of Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA). The Respondent paid a civil administrative penalty of $26,040 to settle the matter.
