Respondent's groundwater wells have been found to be vulnerable to microbial contamination. Administrative Order requires Respondent to initiate a groundwater under the direct influence of surface water (GWUDI) re-evaluation, assess wells for vulnerability to microbial contamination and implement measures to protect public health.
