EPA found that Respondent, owner and/or operator of the facility at 160 Mill Street, Blooming Prairie, Minnesota failed to timely submit a completed emergency and hazardous chemical inventory form - Tier II- for the Calendar Years 2012 and 2013. as required by Section 312 of EPCRA, 42 USC Section 110022, and the regulations at 40 CFR Part 370.Under Section 312 of EPCRA, Respondent was required to submit its Tier I or Tier II form for calendar years 2012 and 2013 on or before March 1, 2013 and March 1, 2014, respectively. The settlement was $2,000.00.
