On May 11, 2015, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) under its authority pursuant to the Clean Air Act to Noltex LLC. The AOC was issued in response to violations of Section 112(r)(7) of the Clean Air Act. The AOC requires Noltex to hire a third party safety and health expert to conduct a hazard assessment and complete a written report. Within 225 days of the effective date of this Order, Noltex shall provide to EPA a plan on how the expert's recommendations will be addressed and implemented.
