On August 31, 2015, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order resolving violations of the Clean Water Act by Petersen Brothers Construction & Agri-Service. Respondents were operators (as defined by EPA's Stormwater Construction General Permit (CGP)) engaging in construction activities at Agri-Service's construction site in Kimberly, Idaho. Agri-Service did not have coverage under the CGP and both respondents were not following CGP requirements. The companies agreed to pay a penalty of $6,200.
