Seeking implementation of the remedial design/remedial action (RD/RA) for the remedy selected in an amendment to the second operable unit record of decision for the Alcas Facility, the record of decision for operable unit three for Parcel B, and reimbursement of past and future response costs. The PRN is intended to prepare EPA and DOJ to negotiate with the Defendants for the performance of response actions selected in a September 30, 2014 Record of Decision (ROD) that: 1) amended a 1996 ROD for the remedial design/remedial action (RD/RA) for the second operable unit (OU2) at the Site as it relates to a portion of the Alcas Source Area, and 2) selected a remedy for a new operable unit at the Site, OU3, related to property adjacent to the Alcas Facility, denominated by EPA as Parcel B.
