On July 29, 2015, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) to Village of East Hodge Water System (Respondent) located in Hodge, Louisiana. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Ground Water Rule. The AO requires Respondent to correct violations of the Ground Water Rule. Respondent must respond to EPA Region 6 within thirty days of receiving the AO.
