This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Triangle Truck Stop (Respondent) for alleged violation of the Oil Pollution Prevention (SPCC) requirements of the Clean Water Act. Respondent agrees to pay a civil administrative penalty of $2,075.00 to resolve the matter.
