An Administrative Order (Order) is being issued to A-1 Investments, which owns and/or operates the Bald Mountain Trailer Court Park Public Water System located in Johnson County, Wyoming, directing it to comply with the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations. The violations alleged in the Order include failing to monitor for nitrate. Please note: this Order is being issued for a violation inadvertently not included in the Administrative Order issued to A-1 Investments on February 24, 2015.
