This is an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) between US EPA and Milk Specialties Company dba Milk Specialties Global (MSG). In this AOC, MSG agrees to undertake specific measures to prevent future violations of the Clean Water Act Pretreatment requirements. EPA and MSG have reached an agreement that MSG shall implement a wastewater management strategy, provide notice of completion to EPA, and achieve consistent compliance with applicable pretreatment standards including the federal prohibitions and local limits by January 31, 2016.
