An EPA Contractor performed an inspection on March 19, 2014 and found a failure to perform Annual Tightness Testing or Monthly Monitoring on a pressurized system, Failure to provide an adequate Line Leak Detector system for underground piping, and failure to maintain records of release detection for tanks.
