Jacobs Dairy, LLC, Respondent, owned or operated a dairy located in Hopkins County, Texas. The facility is a Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation. Violations were identified during an April 1, 2015 inspection conducted by the EPA. The alleged violations were the Respondent caused or allowed an unauthorized discharge of pollutants from the CAFO facility production area. Also, failure to maintain a lagoon embankment and adequate lagoon capacity.
