On September 1, 2015, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order resolving violations of the Clean Water Act by ConAgra Foods Lamb Weston. Respondent, the operator of a food processing facility, exceeded its pH discharge limit on three occasions and on a separate occasion caused a discharge of process wastewater to a receiving water. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $21,500.
