US EPA issued this Administrative Compliance Order to the City of North Las Vegas (NLV) in response to the findings of a Clean Water Act pretreatment compliance inspection (PCI) of North Las Vegas' Pretreatment Program which revealed significant deficiencies. The order requires the City of NLV to implement specified measures to address the violations and comply with the Pretreatment regulations.
