At Recycling Partners (formerly Gray's Scrap Iron and Metal) accepted for recycling appliances that used a Class I or Class II refrigerant without recovering the refrigerant or verifying via a compliant signed statement that the refrigerant had been properly recovered before delivery to the facility for recycling.
