This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Waypoint Homes, Inc, (Respondent) for violations of the Toxic Substances Control Act regulations. Respondent failed to comply with the requirement to include within or attached to the leases, a Lead Warning Statement disclosing the presence of known lead-based paint and/or lead-based hazards in rental housing. Respondent agreed to pay a $25,340 civil administrative penalty.
