This Administrative Settlement Agreement and Order on Consent concerns the design and construction of a breakwater for the Ashland/Northern States Power Lakefront Superfund Site and the reimbursement for Breakwater Project Response Costs incurred by EPA in connection with the construction of the breakwater.
