EPA Region 6 issuing an Administrative Order (AO) on September 21, 2015, under its authority pursuant to the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) to Santa Socorro Trailer Park, located in Valencia County, NM. The AO is in response to violations of: the Total Coliform Rule (TCR), the Ground Water Rule (GWR) and the Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) Rule. The AO requires Santa Socorro Trailer Park to collect total coliform bacteria samples and meet the maximum contaminant level according to the TCR; to correct significant deficiencies under the GWR, and to issue past and currently due CCRs.
