On May 28, 2015, EPA conducted a Compliance Evaluation Inspection (CEI) of the facility. As a result of the CEI, EPA identified the Respondent was not complying with certain terms and conditions of the NJDEP NJPDES 5G2 Basic Industrial Stormwater General Permit. Violations include: failure to retain records, failure to develop an adequate SPPP and Site Map, failure to store motor vehicle fluids and source materials under cover, unauthorized non-stormwater discharges to the storm sewer and failure to conduct and document annual employee training. An Administrative Compliance Order is being issued to order the Respondent to comply with the RVR General Permit conditions.
