On or about April 23, 2010, through September 15, 2011, Respondent performed or directed workers to perform renovation activities for compensation in target housing. Respondent failed to obtain, from the occupant, a written acknowledgement that the occupant had received the EPA-approved lead hazard information pamphlet as required by 40 C.F.R. Section 745.84(a)(2). EPA determined that the appropriate civil penalty to settle this action is $3,600.
