On September 17, 2015, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order resolving violations of the Clean Water Act by McMaster Construction & Development (Nampa, Idaho) and Hayden Homes (Redmond, Oregon). Hayden Homes engaged in construction activities at Kentucky Ridge Estates (No. 3), in Meridian, Idaho, without obtaining an EPA Stormwater Construction General Permit. EPA also found additional violations during its July 14, 2015 inspection. The companies agreed to pay a penalty of $4,200.
