## Summary

ESR Scrap Metals Recycler (ESR) accepted for recycling appliances and vehicles that used a Class I or Class II refrigerant without recovering the refrigerant or verifying via a compliant signed statement that the refrigerant had been properly recovered before delivery to ESR for recycling.
