On August 12, 2015, EPA Region 10 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) to Amazon Services, LLC (Las Vegas, Nevada) to stop the further distribution or sale of Miraculous Insecticide Chalk and 3pcs Cockroach Cockroaches Bugs Ants Roach Kills Chalk. EPA issued the Order because neither product is registered with EPA, the Miraculous Insecticide Chalk product is also misbranded. Distributing or selling unregistered pesticides is a violation of Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA. Distributing or selling misbranded pesticides is a violation of Section 12(a)(1)(E) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. 136j(a)(1)(E).
