On August 24, 2015, Region 10 signed a Federal Facility Compliance Agreement (FFCA) resolving violations of the Clean Water Act by the National Park Service. Respondent, which operates a lagoon wastewater treatment facility, agreed to undertake additional work practices (e.g. correct discharge monitoring reports, etc.) to address NPDES permit violations.
