This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and National Genetics Institute, LabCorp (Respondent) of Los Angeles, California, for violations of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act requirements for facilities that generate, treat, store, transport, dispose of hazardous wastes. Respondent agrees to pay a civil administrative penalty of $15,100 to resolve the matter.
