On September 1, 2015, Region 10 filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order (ESA) with Ashok & Pratibha Bhargava, the owner and operator of underground storage tanks (USTs) at A Super Store in Spokane Valley, WA. The ESA requires A Super Store to pay a $11,490 penalty for 2 violations, including failure to provide release detection for tanks and piping. A Super Store is also required to submit documentation of release detection for tanks for July, August, and September 2015.
