On October 22, 2015, the Regional Judicial Officer signed a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) which, pursuant to EPA's Micro-Business and Lead Based Paint ERP policies assessed a reduced penalty in the amount of six hundred dollars ($600) against Respondent to settle the matter.
