This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CA/FO) between US EPA and Crop First Aviation (Respondent) of Stanfield, Arizona, for alleged violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). Respondent is alleged to have applied regulated pesticide in a way that contacted persons working in the area of the application (either directly or through drift). Respondent consents to payment of a $4,560 civil penalty under the terms of this CA/FO.
