This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CA/FO) between US EPA and, Respondents, Port Street Realty Corporation and ColFin AI-CA 4, LLC to settle Respondents' alleged failure to comply with Section 409 of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), concerning the Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act requirements. Respondents have agreed to the payment of a $4,690 civil penalty.
